About Us

Hi, my name is Lynne Fata and I’ve been an animal lover since finding my first hedgehog, Hairbrush when I was 2 years old. I have grown up with dogs, cats, budgies, canaries, cockatiels, snakes and turtles. As a teen growing up in England, I belonged to a horse club where I enjoyed all aspects of riding and caring for these magnificent animals.

When I decided to open my own business, after years of working in sales, management and advertising, it was natural to consider a business that would combine my business experience with my passion for animals and Claws to Paws Pet Sitting & Walking was established in May 2004.

Since then we have grown, exclusively, by word of mouth. We now have two additional pet sitters to meet the needs of our loyal clients. We plan to remain a small business so we can continue to do what made us successful and that is to give our clients and their pets the very best service in the area.

Our pet sitters are bonded and insured and are hired after an extensive third party background check. They love what they do and wagging tails tell us the pets love them to.

We will meet you and your pet so both of you can become comfortable with us. We will go over your pet’s daily routine, health history, individual personality traits and decide on the number of visits. We will see where pet supplies are kept, test keys and alarm systems and answer all your questions. I will present you with written references, bonding and insurance, qualifications and memberships. We are Vet recommended and used. Lynne Fata, (owner) is a P.S.I. Accredited Pet Sitter and Red Cross First Aid Certified.
